Product Introduction:

This product is a room temperature curing two-component condensation type silicone sealant with adhesive properties. Composed of two parts of liquid A and B, A and B components are mixed in a certain amount (mass ratio) and then undergo condensation reaction (releasing alcohol small molecules) to solidify and form high-performance elastomers. It has excellent resistance to thermal changes, high and low temperature (maintaining elasticity and stability at -40~150 ℃ for a long time), aging resistance, insulation, moisture resistance, earthquake resistance, leakage resistance, and chemical resistance.


usage method:


Weighing: Accurately weigh components A and B and mix them thoroughly in a 10:1 mass ratio (note that component A should be thoroughly stirred before weighing to ensure that the settled filler is evenly dispersed in the rubber material; Shake component B evenly in a sealed state;

Mixing glue: Mix the glue thoroughly and evenly by hand or machine, so that the color of the glue is uniform. When mixing by hand, it is important to note that the amount of glue added at once should not be too much, in order to avoid a decrease in fluidity and difficulty in filling later on;

Defoaming: Place the evenly mixed adhesive material in a vacuum cabinet for defoaming, and remove any air carried during the stirring process by vacuuming;

Sealing: Pour the defoamed adhesive material into the device to complete the sealing operation. Pay attention to keeping the surface of the device and the container used for mixing clean and dry before sealing;

Curing: The sealed components are cured at room temperature, and after initial curing, they can proceed to the next process. Complete curing takes about 24 hours. In summer, the temperature is high and the curing process will be faster; The temperature is low in winter, and the curing process may be slower. Before the small molecule substances generated during the curing process are completely released, do not completely seal the sealing device or apply high temperature. If complete sealing is required, it is recommended to seal it for 3 days in summer and 7 days in winter

2. The glue application and curing process cannot be carried out in a closed environment, and good ventilation should be maintained;
